Our lives suddenly turned upside down in March 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the entire country had to stay home, which caused employers, employees, HR and internal communication teams, and our clients, to face a never-before-seen situation. Spring was spent working closely together on numerous challenges and tasks – crisis communication, internal communication, stimulating employees, setting up home office rules, working out new work processes. Our efforts were successful and in addition to outstandingly positive employee feedbacks, the industry also awarded our work. At the 2020 HRKomm Award, we won special prizes with three of our clients – Nestl\u00e9, Roche and Talentuno received the Special Prize for Responsible and Empathic Employer for their efforts to protect their employees during the first wave of COVID-19.
